Why Hypnosis?

Our voice of reason, the Conscious Mind, makes our decisions and sets our goals. It makes up 12% of our total mind capacity.

Our motivation, the Subconscious Mind, stores information, just like your own personal library.  It holds your belief system, memories, learned behaviors, etc. It makes up the remaining 88% of your mind.

In day to day life, we rely on the Conscious Mind to guide us.  But in reality, it is the Subconscious Mind that is doing almost 90% of the work. 

Deeply rooted in the Subconscious Mind is where the majority of our behavior is governed.  Therefore, in order to effect change, we must work subconsciously.

Stephen….. was born In Bogotá, Colombia, and spent his formative years growing up in San Francisco & New York City.  Stephen is a  graduate of Stanford University & holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Int’l Relations. 

 

Stephen’s former career in entertainment, marketing & sales,  offered him the opportunity to travel & live around the world.  He now resides in Los Angeles, California, where he runs his successful practice in hypnotherapy.

 

Stephen’s love of people, kind heart & intuitive nature have brought him clients from all walks of life.
